Share your views on practical ways to improve school leader wellbeing
This project has been designed to inform actionable efforts that strengthen school leaders’ well-being.
We are collecting information about school leaders who are thriving, identifying the professional learning opportunities that have supported them to flourish and seeing where further assistance is required.
Based on the findings, an electronic School Leader Wellbeing Toolkit of resources will be developed that are research-informed and identified by school leaders for school leaders.
The survey is being undertaken on behalf of the Australian Primary Principals Association (APPA) and the Australian Secondary Principals Association (ASPA)
How long will the survey take?
The survey takes between 10 and 20 minutes depending on how much detail you share about what has helped support your wellbeing as a school leader and the things that could further improve your wellbeing
Who can take part in the project?
All leaders who are currently working in Australian schools are invited to take part in this project
