practical ways to improve
school leader wellbeing

This project has been designed to inform actionable efforts that strengthen school leaders’ well-being.

We are collecting information about school leaders who are thriving, identifying the professional learning opportunities that have supported them to flourish and seeing where further assistance is required.

Based on the findings, an electronic School Leader Wellbeing Toolkit of resources will be developed that are research-informed and identified by school leaders for school leaders.
